Why Duplex Steel Fittings Are Used?
Duplex stainless steels Fittings have roughly twice the strength compared to austenitic stainless steels and also improved resistance to localized corrosion, particularly pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. Duplex Steel contains high chromium (19–28%) and molybdenum (up to 5%) and lower nickel contents than austenitic stainless steels.

The Duplex Steel reducers we offer are widely used in pipeline that reduces the size of the pipe from a larger to a smaller bore (inner diameter). The reduction length is equal to the average of the larger and smaller pipe diameters. We offer two types of reducer namely eccentric and concentric reducer.
